Native Racing big bore kit

Pros and cons of the big bore kit by Native Racing? Really enticed that my BMW G310 can reach its maximum potential. So aside from the possibility of voiding the warranty, what else shall I look out for? I'm only seeing the pros right now so enlighten me with the disadvantages more.

Big bore kits are sweet for power, but watch out for potential overheating, worse fuel economy, and possible engine stress, of course it'll boost performance, but could shorten engine life too.
