Torque specs

I did something stupid, actually a lot of things stupid and now I need to rebuild the engine. It's the first time on my BMW G310R and I don't have all the info. To be specific, I need the torque specs. Anyone has this or can point me in the right direction?

Best bet is grabbing the BMW service manual, it's got all the torque specs laid out. Without it, you risk over- or under-tightening
