I'm sure someone out there has the same experience, I want to share mine here. I bought a tail light modulator for my BMW G310R from a quite a well known store.

Mike assured me that the one he showed me was correct, but when my brother was about to install it, it didn't fit. It turned out they sent me the wrong one. When I called mike again, he said they could send me the right one, but I had to pay for it + shipping cost. Yeah, ridiculous right.

I ended up returning both of the modulators and got a refund. Well, surprise surprise, they only refunded part of my purchase! This is why I made this post, to alert you guys about this kind of scam.

I bought a signal minder from them, there were two ways to install it, I plugged it the wrong way (the design changed so you can't install backward). I called mike about it and he was tearing into me, so I ate the cost and purchased it from other manufacturer.

I've learned my lesson now, I'll never purchase or recommend them again.

not saying you're wrong but sounds more like poor customer service than an actual scam they sent the wrong part which happens then they asked you to pay for the right one which sucks but doesn't really scream scam plus the signal minder thing sounds more like you messed up the install than them trying to rip you off either way yeah sounds like a bad experience but scam seems like a stretch
