g310r fork dive issue

anyone else dealing with annoying fork dive on your g310r when you hit the front brake at low speeds got a 2021 g310gs and the fork dive is so bad i've actually dropped the bike a couple of times both bikes have similar forks and i'm really wondering if it's the fork design or the travel causing this issue anyone out there solved this problem or got any tips would love to hear your experiences and ideas on how to fix this let's push our bikes to the limit and figure this out together

At slow speeds, I only use the back brake, it's more for balance and stability. If it's about habit, maybe you should learn to use the back brake when you're on slow speed.

I actually agree with @YoungHolmes, hitting the front brake at low speeds actually can make you losing control and fall

Sorry for jumping in late. Not sure how bad the dive is in yours, but I usually lean on the front more than the rear brake, and mine feels fine. Maybe try thicker fork oil or preload spacers to lessen the dive. It's probably just the long fork travel and soft damping

Totally agree! That breakdown about fork travel and damping really makes a lot of sense. I think starting with some thicker oil or adding preload spacers could be a solid move.

I like using both brakes, even when I'm not going fast. I just go easy on the front. It feels like I have more control that way. I get why some people only use the rear brake to keep steady, though
