engine keeps cutting out at random

so got this bike about a month back, 2022 model with roughly 1k miles on it. yesterday i was cruising at around 20mph near a small roundabout when the engine just died outta nowhere. dashboard looked normal, no warnings, no weird noises, nothing... just silent and dead. had to pull over and hit the start button again. this happened once before when the bike was brand new (like 4 days old) but thought it was probably something dumb i did. this time tho, everything seemed fine before it randomly cut out. bike was warm, no issues before that... just straight up cut off. also dunno if it's linked but noticed a bunch of times when i shift to neutral, the dash doesn't always show it's actually in N and then it stalls. anyone else had this?

didnt the g310r come with a 3 year warranty? check with the dealer and let them figure things out if its still under waranty thats what i would do

Probably a loose connection or a faulty sensor. Take it to the dealer for diagnostics, but yeah reemphasize that it's still got the warranty lol.

Sounds like it could be an issue with the neutral position sensor or maybe a faulty side stand switch, both can cause random stalls or prevent the bike from recognizing its in neutral.

Agreed worth checking both sensors with a multimeter for proper function. Also, a weak fuel pump or clogged fuel filter could also cause random cuts.
